It's the claim of many agents that they will give a genuine and honest appraisal of your property and market it to your best advantage resulting in a top price. In Steve's case, he not only made the claim but he lived it and followed through. Selling during COVID lock down didn't present the problem for him that I initially thought it would. Steve's knowledge of the market and how to overcome property inspection restrictions proving a winner and I got a great sale price in a matter of a few weeks! When my mother passed away and we needed someone to handle the sale of her property Steve and the team from Agent Team were the obvious choice for us.
