We sold our home with Steve via an online auction (due to COVID-19 restrictions), which was both entertaining and successful. While we felt sympathy for the auctioneer who couldn’t do his usual gavel-banging, it was a big advantage having Steve sit with us. He could get on-the-spot instructions from us while we were sitting around the table looking at the bids come through on the screen. It would be great to see online auctions included as an standard option for other sellers. Property sales are not the easiest, and we were happy with Steve’s management of it all. He kept us out of the details we didn’t need to know, yet gave us briefings when required. We didn’t have to intervene – it seemed to go swimmingly – and this wasn’t just an accident. Steve always had his finger on the tasks at hand. We liked that Steve didn’t follow the rehearsed approach of many real estate agents. He respected our intelligence and we respected his. We achieved what we expected and we’re now negotiating our moving date.

Steve was outstanding with the sale of my home in Queanbeyan, he got a higher price than i was expecting and all through the sale he called me on a regular basis to bring me up to speed on the open house days and the prospective buyers, i couldn't be happier with the end result. From the beginning, I found Steve Lowe respectful and helpful. He made the process very clear, which is so important given selling a property is not something you do every day – it’s not like shopping for milk! It’s a major process and Steve kept me well informed along the way. Steve sent me a timeline at the beginning, which covered what to expect at each stage of the process. That really helped clarify what was coming up next. He also clearly explained all costs and terms. As the sale process went on, no question was too small or too big for Steve. He answered everything with respect, and in helpful and practical ways. Given I was based interstate, I relied on Steve to manage the sales process and he did this in a highly professional and personable way.
