Steve was great to deal with for our new home purchase. We made a quick deal at a price everyone was happy with. There were no surprises, and we managed to save money by adjusting the price to carry out our own repairs.

Steve provided great advice and guidance on getting ready to go to market. He and his team provided a lot of invaluable support through the process and communicated promptly. They guided me on service providers to help me get the house ready and I had a lot of confidence that I'd get good results at the right price. My house sold before it was officially on the market and at a great price, at a price I think both I and the buyers felt good about. Steve and his team continued to support the through to settlement and beyond and I am so grateful. I would happily recommend Steve and his team to people buying and selling their homes. They had great market knowledge and guided me throughout the process.

I had an exceptional experience working with Steve and Agent Team when selling my property in Macgregor. I initially purchased the property through him several years ago and was impressed by his professionalism and deep knowledge of the local market. When it came time to lease out the property, Agent Team managed it seamlessly, handling everything which made being a landlord completely stress-free. When I decided to sell, there was no hesitation in turning to Steve again. Throughout the selling process, he provided outstanding service and guidance. Steve's marketing strategies were top-notch—he used high-quality photos and effective advertising that attracted a lot of interest in a short amount of time. The sale was incredibly fast, much quicker than I had anticipated, and his communication was seamless. He and his offsider (Mac) kept me informed at every stage, promptly answering all my questions and providing valuable insights. Not only did the property sell quickly, but it also sold for above my expectations. I believe this was a direct result of Steve and Mac's expertise and dedication.
