I found Steve, Mac and the agent 1 team exceptional. Gave very sound advice and guidance long before even a discussion about contracts, no pressure and allowed plenty of space to make my own I formed design and who to market and successfully sell the property. Kept me informed for the entire process end to end. Highly recommended

I recently had the pleasure of working with Agent.Team Belconnen to purchase my first home, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very beginning, Mac and Steve were exceptional in their professionalism and responsiveness. Their combined expertise truly shone throughout the process. What I Loved: Communication: Mac consistently kept me informed, promptly addressing any questions I had. Market Expertise: Both Mac and Steve’s deep understanding of the local real estate market and nearby professional services (such as solicitors, cleaners, and removalists) was invaluable in not only helping me find an excellent first home but also in completing its purchase seamlessly. Support: Mac went above and beyond to ensure a smooth process at every step of the way. Memorable Moment: One standout moment was when the seller failed to remove broken furniture from the premises despite repeated requests to do so. Mac, quick to notice this, promptly loaded the broken furniture into the back of his Ute for disposal without hesitation. I highly recommend Mac and Steve to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Their dedication and expertise truly made a difference, and I would not hesitate to work with them again in the future.

Meeting Steve in February 2024 started my home selling experience. Steve was courteous and professional at all times, discussing and explaining the marketing strategy options, the selling process, the time period, what to expect in the coming weeks, advertising, open house inspections and the end product of selling. Communication with the team was efficient, courteous and prompt. Thank you Steve, Mac and team for your exceptional service. I would highly recommend Steve to anyone thinking of selling their property.

Steve Lowe carefully researched the area and was able to create an advertising copy that verbally and visually displayed all the advantages of this beautiful property. His agency's professional approach and expert communication encouraged the seller to remain confident and maintain patience until a very successful outcome.

Steve, Mac and the team at Agent.Team were very honest, open and genuine. They started with a realistic appraisal for that current market. They had knowledge and experience that they used to attract buyers and ongoing potential purchasers. They worked hard to sell my property against the odds at times. Very good at communicating, giving feedback and honest reporting. I’m very pleased with the result and would highly recommend them to any potential seller or buyer and they woukd be my first choice if I chose to buy or sell in the future.

Steve was recommended by a family member who spoke highly of his professional manner and great support during the successful sale of their property. From the onset Steve showed a strong knowledge of the local market and answered all of my questions to the point where I felt confident in selecting him to market my property. Steve was very good at keeping me up to date with all aspects of the proposed sale, he and his team were completely committed to supporting me and making sure that any concerns were addressed promptly and professionally. I would highly recommend him.

We were blown away by this company. Mac has been outstanding! Firstly, communication was faultless at every step. From the absolute start, we were kept updated on the progress of our offer and each step in the process thereafter. Mac was on time at every meeting without fail, providing friendly advice and went above and beyond to answer every question we had promptly, even after hours. We were spoilt with congratulatory gifts and welcome gifts. We still feel like royalty from all the dealings with the Steve Lowe team. We will be dealing with them from here on without question.

Fantastic worry free, the most stress free sale ever. From the moment we meet Steve and his team, there was complete honesty and transparency. Took 5 days to sell our house. Will be back for sure when or if we sell again. Thanks again
