Steve and his team did an exceptional job of handling the sale of my brother's property in Florey and got an exceptional result... over and above our wildest expectations. It was a challenge as Steve had to negotiate with two entities who lived in separate states to the ACT, but he did it seamlessly and very professionally and because of this both parties got a great end result. Steve gave us the best multi-staged sales plan, had the best options for sale, and began work on the staged selling of the house from day 1. We sold with a good bid before auction, with considerable promotion and high interest in the property. Steve and his team including Peta were excellent professionals who kept us informed throughout the entire process, organised cleaners for the property, organised removalists back to Qld, and when the house sold helped with all the documentation and financials. We met Steve in Nov initially to sell our house including two other agents. We choose to go with Steve because of his proven track record, good marketing strategy, value for money and less cost as compared to others. He explained us end to end process clearly and there were no surprises down the track. Our house was put on market in mid Jan and Steve manage to sell it in less than a month above our expected price with his negotiation skills.
