Steve and the whole team at One Agency Kippax are the best agents we've had to deal with. Steve was professional but also friendly which made our experience in buying our property so easy. Steve takes his job to the next level and is always there to answer any questions you have. My family and I would like to thank you all at One Agency for making the next chapter in our lives possible. I highly recommend One Agency to anyone buying or selling their property. Once again thank you all at One Agency Kippax.

Steve was more than helpful! We knew we had our house in the best hands with Steve on the job. Couldn't have asked for a better agent!!

Steve was great, and because he was a builder was able to answer some questions we had about future remodelling. Even though we had a time crunch, we never felt pressured in any way but rather appreciated the supportive selling style, looking after their vendor's interest but also taking care of us as buyers. He also recommended a conveyancer close to us, who was fantastic as well. We will definitely be calling Steve when we want to buy an investment property.

Steve was great to work with, we had heard good things about him from family who worked with him previously and we were not disappointed. Would definitely use him and One agency again.

Steve was very professional and helpful throughout the purchasing process. As first time buyers at auction he provided all the info that we required and made the process as easy as possible.

Steve did a fantastic job when selling our home in Batemans Bay. He is based in Canberra, but without hesitation he would jump in his car and drive to the Bay to open the house for a potential buyer. He would go above and beyond ensuring that the house presented well even going and mowing our lawn before one open house. He achieved a price for the home that we didn't think was achievable, and we were over the moon with the outcome. We highly recommend Steve to anyone who is looking for a genuine, honest and energetic Real Estate Agent to sell their property.

Steve sold our house in early February 2017. He made the entire experience of selling our house a pleasurable one, we moved out and he took care of the rest. He was very easy to deal with, had great communication skills and put in that extra effort for us,(even getting works quoted for potential buyers), this enabled us to sell our house for a street record. I think his previous life as a builder and his 'can do attitude' provides him with an edge over other agents. We look forward to dealing with him in the future.

Steve was the agent of a property we purchased settling January 2017. Steve's industry knowledge was very helpful and his background in building was helpful and relevant to the property exchange. I would also highly recommend Steve's services from a seller's perspective, and look forward to using his expertise and concise communication methods, any time we should require. Clinton Pollheim

Steve was really helpful, gave some great advice on potential renovations and improvements and really helped get the sale over the line.

I initially thought that Steve’s appraisal of my property was ambitious however, I was happy to be proven wrong. Happily, I can say that he achieved an even higher price that what he appraised. As with these types of transactions not everything always goes smoothly, however Stephens maturity and constant communication made me feel at ease. I cannot recommend Stephen highly enough.

We had been looking for a home to buy intermittently for 6 or so months, and seriously for 3 months. In this time we would have seen probably 100 houses, and dealt with a similar number of agents. Without a doubt, Steve was by far the most personable agent we met. It's a pity the ratemyagent site doesn't include honesty and integrity (words not usually associated with agents!) as metrics, as we would give Steve 5 out of 5 stars for this too. If we were to sell or buy again, the first thing I would do is contact Steve. Thanks Steve - we're loving our new home!
