Nick and the team efficiently and effectively organized the clear out, clean up and styling of the apartment before it was placed on the market. The marketing campaign was very effective and they quickly, positively and honestly engaged the interested buyers, which resulted in a quick pre-auction sale of the apartment just marginally below the estimate, which I was very comfortable with and expected. Excellent result. Very professional and high integrity. Nick and Natalie delivered on every benchmark they promised in the initial interview. They gave us a sales price range that we initially thought was optimistic. They met the top end of the assessment. (Two homes were sold within 3 months of our campaign by other agencies so this is a factual and recent comparison.) We had a team of people working on our sale in addition to Nick and Natalie we had Madison and Chloe. Any questions we had were immediately addressed throughout the entire campaign. Their professionalism and integrity made it a seamless process. I simply cannot recommend them highly enough. They excel at their craft and will not let you down.
