I don't think there's enough room here to list all the positive things, not just about Nick, but his team as well. My experience was great from the start. My sale was an estate one, my dads home, and I had never sold any property before, so I had a lot of questions. there was also a difficult family situation behind it all, and Nick had the patience of a saint, and super professional with any weird enquiries from my family. His communication was excellent. Nick was so happy to share information as well, and had time for decent discussions, which made me feel valued and in good hands. What you see is what you get with Nick, authentic, empathetic, smart, very knowledgeable about market conditions, great ideas for the property, he even had trades to help get through a lot of the cleanup to prepare my dads home, that were both super reasonable and efficient. We will definitely be dealing with Nick and his team in the future, and feel very lucky to have been working with him through the sale of my dads home.
