I found Nick to be a very honest, friendly agent who had excellent knowledge of property sales in our area. His experience made a stressful time as relaxed as it could be which was very much appreciated. Nick was always communicating with us regarding the numbers of groups that had visited our property & gained feedback from all these groups on their interest. He gave us an honest opion of what he believed our property was worth & at auction he never pushed us to accept on a value that we weren't comfortable with. Trustworthy, diligent, customer focused and high achiever
We found Nick to be extremely polite and understanding without over promising and under delivering.
