More than just an agent a warm and sincere friend
Nick listed and sold my mothers apartment within 4 weeks. His creative team offered something more than just a listing and selling service, they staged the property and also took care of making sure it was presented and shown to the very best of their ability. The biggest difference we found when working with Nick was his sincerity. It was my moms apartment in Maroubra and although we live in the USA and were going through a trying time in having to put my mom in a nursing home Nick’s team communicated so well that we felt they were right around the corner. We would highly recommend Nick and his team at Century 21 Maroubra not only for his knowledge and savvy but also for the concierge service that I felt he offered and we received. Great Agent
Felt very confident about selecting Nick for our sale, and that was mirrored in the result of the sale. Nick had our complete confidence and we had complete trust that he had our best interests at heart during the whole process.
