I was very happy with the result Mitch achieved when selling my house. Mitch presents himself well and this shows in all aspects of his work. He took the photographs and drone footage for the internet advertisement. I thought both were of a very high quality, displaying the positive aspects of the house. He is punctual, kept me informed throughout the sale process and achieved a sale price above what I thought i was going to get. Mitch is well motivated and should have a long and successful career in real estate.

From the first moment I spoke with Ryan on the phone, I knew that he would be the one to help me secure a property. He listened with compassion, to my concerns about having to move out of rental accommodation twice in six months due to the property market exploding in the area, and assured me that he would do his utmost to help me secure that special place to call home - which began with an after hours inspection of a property I’d fallen in love with one hour after it was listed online. Ryan’s professionalism was obvious, in the way he conducted himself at the inspection; he took time to explain everything I didn’t understand and promptly got back to me with information from the seller, when I requested other information. Having pre-approved finance, Ryan was able to let me know in less than 24hrs, that my offer had been accepted and we were ready to go. A simple typo by the loans officer, in the loan application resulted in the road to purchasing my property being fraught with drama. During this time, Ryan was patient and understanding; and kept the lines of communication open between the seller and myself. He constantly reassured me that everything would work out. Ryan’s knowledge of the property market was obvious; and this together with his genuine passion for helping people find their ‘happy place’ shone through in the exceptional way he interacted with me during the whole process. He maintained professionalism whilst making me feel like a valued old friend. Which is why I have no hesitation in recommending Ryan Gent to anyone interested in buying or selling property.
