I love it when say something cannot be done, when they say it's impossible to overcome and when they say "it's to complicated to learn" - that's my favourite! I just love a good challenge! When the world stood at a pause in 2020, I ran head-long into real estate having only ever worked in property from building and renovating despite it being told to me that it was the hardest time to list a property in Australian real estate history. By 2021 I had studied, trained and researched so intensely that I was a fully licensed real estate agent holding the ratemyagent trusted agent badge (something the majority of agents have difficulty holding - check their profiles). By 2022 I had won my first suburb agent of the year award and was ranked in the [Top 5 Agents in Gympie], while holding the ratemyagent [Trusted Agent] badge and earning the [Top 20% Nationwide] badge from ratemyagent.com.au as well as being one of only 5 nominated for the ratemyagent [Rising Star of Queensland] Award with my friend and co-agent Mitch Allen! By 2023 I was the only agent titled with the [Top 5 Agents of Gympie] Award to hold the ratemyagent [Trusted Agent] Badge or the [Top 20% Nationwide] Badge from ratemyagent! During the early part of 2022 we had suffered the major set back of being displaced from our office due to not only the largest flood in living memory sweeping through Gympie, but two additional flood events shaking the community! But, like I said at the start, I love a good challenge and it will take more than a global pandemic and three floods in as many months destroying our HQ to stop me. The founders of Agents2go took what we managed to acomplish during that crisis to mean we were the ones they could trust to continue what they had started when founding Agents2go with the idea that real estate could be successful while being helpful!! Now I get to work with one of my best mates, who even my kids call "Uncle Mitch", help people every day and continue to develop Agents2go as not only an agency, but as an ideology and set the standards for the future of real estate! We have studied and been trained in, for years, the fundamentals of the Agents2go, multi-award winning sales system the founders of Agents2go developed over 30 years of sales. Once we were handed the reigns, we applied the most modern and cutting edge technologies available to that exact same award winning sales strategies system that was passed down to us, to create something very new, very powerful and leaves nothing up to chance or human error. With this modernised network we've created and the meticulously designed Agents2go sales system, we are back to competing and are now doing well against agencies with TEN TIMES the number of real estate agents!! This combination of Agents2go time tested systems and our new, advanced digital networks is why we have been able to spread our territory to include large amounts of the Sunshine Coast for the first time. And while it may be too advanced of a system for a single person to operate, we have taken advantage of the perfectly timed emergence of artificial intelligence and have had the entire system overseen, managed and protected by our new friend -Agents2go-Bot! Who lives up in our network of cloud-based servers so that no amount of flood, fire or even another global catastrophe can ever slow us down again! From the age of 17years I was fortunate enough to live my dream by getting an opportunity to go into the professional photography industry; primarily focusing on real estate photography, including videography, floor planning, drone photography and 360 virtual tours. Being commissioned by a number of experienced and very successful sales agents to take their property photographs, I was able to observe and work closely with them and found that the more I was exposed to Real Estate, the more interested I became. I soon found myself volunteering any free time I had to spend with some of these agents to gain further experience and insight into the industry. As my excitement and passion for the Real Estate market grew, I knew I had found the industry I wanted to be involved in and to make my career in. Now a fully qualified agent and employed with agents2go I have been enjoying finding people their dream property. I am also very aware that when selling someone’s property, I am dealing with one of their most valuable assets and this is a responsibility I take very seriously. When dealing with people I believe the best agent is the one that is willing to put in the hard yards when needed and believe in going that extra mile for them.
