In 2014, Jen joined the Kemp Property Management Team in an administrative role, providing crucial assistance to property managers and contributing to the success of our award-winning professional team. Outstanding service and genuinely goes above and beyond

Josh has been fantastic to deal with and has consistently gone above and beyond for us. His communication is excellent, he is proactive, responsive and always keeps us updated. We found ourselves in a fairly sticky situation with a tenant, and Josh was excellent in helping us navigate through it. He remained professional and calm throughout, communicated clearly and worked through the issues to get us to a good outcome. What has really stood out is his willingness to help beyond what we would normally expect from a property manager. He takes genuine ownership, follows things through and has made managing the property from interstate much easier for us. We really appreciate everything Josh has done and would have no hesitation recommending him to other property owners.
