Jen is a proud Eyre Peninsula local, having grown up on her family farm near Cummins. After completing a Certificate IV in Real Estate, she began her career as sales support staff, where she developed valuable customer service skills and industry knowledge. In 2014, Jen joined the Kemp Property Management Team in an administrative role, providing crucial assistance to property managers and contributing to the success of our award-winning professional team. Jen ’ s commitment to her career saw her earn her property management license in 2019 and is now a Senior Property Manager dedicated to providing an elite level of service to our clients.

Steph also enjoys the creative side of property management, especially assisting local and interstate owners with renovation projects, including colour schemes and style selections. Dianne successfully managed a large retirement village, where she oversaw client relations, building management, staff coordination, and property sales—equipping her with a comprehensive understanding of property management. Highly organized and deeply motivated, Dianne is known for her meticulous attention to detail and her unwavering commitment to maintaining the highest standards for the properties she manages. Dianne is a property manager who genuinely cares about you and your home

Dianne was an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout our tenancy. She was always friendly, approachable, and professional. Excellent communication and prompt responses whenever we had questions or needed assistance. She handled everything efficiently and treated us with kindness and respect, the rental market can be daunting but she made the whole experience easy and stress-free. Always very positive and polite, the friendly face you like to see during your house inspections. We really appreciated her bubbly helpful attitude and would happily recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable property manager that genuinely cares about you and the place you call home.

Quality and Integrity in representation

Steph Taylor worked with me at our previous property, also with Kemp, and was attentive to our needs. When we needed to move due to safety reasons for my young ones she supported me to find another property. Steph has always been available to reach by phone or email and is quick to report and have any issues fixed.
