Josh has been fantastic to deal with and has consistently gone above and beyond for us. His communication is excellent, he is proactive, responsive and always keeps us updated. We found ourselves in a fairly sticky situation with a tenant, and Josh was excellent in helping us navigate through it. He remained professional and calm throughout, communicated clearly and worked through the issues to get us to a good outcome. What has really stood out is his willingness to help beyond what we would normally expect from a property manager. He takes genuine ownership, follows things through and has made managing the property from interstate much easier for us. We really appreciate everything Josh has done and would have no hesitation recommending him to other property owners.

Great property manager! Professional, responsive, and easy to deal with throughout the process. Communication has been excellent, and everything has been handled efficiently. Highly recommend

Caitlin is the best property manager I have had! I have so much trust with Kemp real estate and Caitlin. I have recommended to friends who are in the market to buy with other agencies and if all goes through they will be swapping to kemp to manager them!

Caitlin has been an incredible property manager for our multiple investment properties. She takes all the stress out of being a property owner by handling every issue promptly, professionally, and with great attention to detail. We have complete confidence that everything is taken care of, and her communication and dedication are second to none. She is an absolute pleasure to work with, and we couldn't recommend her more highly. Thankyou Caitlin
