This year I decided to refurbish it… my Property Manager ‘stepped up’, she investigated suitable painters and floor covering suppliers on my behalf, as I live and work, quite a distance away. I then visited Port Lincoln, met with the Painter and selected paint colours and then the floor coverings supplier. Shelby, the Property Manager - oversaw all the work on my behalf - for which I am very grateful. As a result, the property is now Rented out at a much better return and it’s asset value has increased.

Alyce was exceptional to deal with during our first experience moving from owner occupied to landlord. No question was too silly, she was accommodating and accessible at all times.
