In my experience with Shelby Richmond I have found that things only get done when I email and follow up. I was told all my works would be completed and tenants would be in asap, it took 2 and a half months of me emailing to follow up ask what has been done. I had to keep calling head office to ask why I wasn’t getting a response. When I said I wasn’t very happy the process was sped up but now I’m waiting on a response that’s been about 2 weeks now. I feel like because I live in Sydney it’s an excuse to leave me waiting. I pay good rates and definitely think Shelby could be more on the ball and proactive rather than waiting for me to email and follow up! After I said I wasn’t happy, things progressed & Shelby was great! Just wish It is like that the whole time instead of only when I complain.
