Bronte was amazing with his communication. He kept in touch with me all through the sale of my home. The home sold prior to open. Totally recommend Bronte. Nice man, not pushy and great at what he does!

After unsuccessfully trying to sell a property in Tumby Bay through the local agents, who were not really interested in promoting it while their business was in turmoil during a change -over I touched base with friends at Kemp Real Estate, Port Lincoln. I believed I was offering a good property at a fair price in an inflated market. Kemps agreed and that proved to be the case , and they had prospective buyers straight away.

The sale of my house was handled very professionally. I was impressed with the communication received all along the way. I was kept informed about all details which was comforting as I live 3000kms away! Kemps know there business, and I always feel safe and well looked after.

We purchased our first house through Georgie, we were extremely impressed and happy with the service she provided. She was proactive and happy to help or offer advice on any issues and worked closely with us for the whole purchase. She was approachable, prompt, professional and went above and beyond. Overall we couldn’t have been happier.

I live in Sydney so selling in Port Lincoln meant I had to totally rely on the agent. I've never had any problems with Kemp R/E as they have been my management agent for 15 years so I used them for the sale. Geordie was lovely and I ended up with the price I wanted. Highly recommend.

Georgie displayed strong knowledge of the local market to determine sale prices and negiotation prices. Communication was clear and detailed and in a timely manner. A reliable service throughout the process.

We have been dealing with Steve, the late Reg and the team at KRE for over 30 years. As always the service and communication has been excellent. Our last sale was particularly fickle and I strongly believe that Steve’s patience and perseverance got us over the line in the end. A fantastic job once again.
