Melissa has excellent knowledge of the Port Lincoln market and her communication regarding the sale of my property was exceptional. I found Melissa to be honest and very kind. In particular, she listened to my needs and was compassionate towards selling my much loved family home. I would highly recommend Melissa to anyone who is considering selling their property.

Jade was fantastic in helping us sell our property. When selling our property, I was working in Canberra but Jade was able to remotely assist me without me having to visit her in person. She explained the terms, costs and conditions of the sale in clear terms, and she was always available to talk to whether by email or by phone. She was very patient and understanding with my situation, and did her absolute best to help me get the best outcome. She also had a fast turn around, be able to sell our property within a fortnight and negotiating the amount that we wanted for settlement. I would highly recommend her if you were considering selling a property, and I would happily seek her services again should I require them in the future. Thank you Jade for all your help. Kemp Real Estate, Jade is a real asset to your business!

Georgie was excellent when assisting with the sale of our investment property in Port Lincoln. The marketing material looked professional and it was a beautiful representation of the house. We are from out of town and Georgie made the sale process easy and she sold the house at the first open inspection!

Hi Georgie Thank you for your diligence and professional approach particularly during COVID in selling our last remaining block of the sub-division we did at Coffin Bay. I always found you informative, highly aware of the market and responsive. Despite not achieving the price we anticipated, given market conditions, I believe you acted in good faith in our best interest. Thanks again.

Kristen and I didn't have to think twice about which Real Estate Agent we wanted to sell our late Dads home, the home we both grew up in. Jade has a remarkable reputation within the Port Lincoln Real Estate community. We knew we wanted a local person who is a natural people person to sell our property, Jade was very compassionate from the beginning knowing it was an emotional journey for Kristen and I. Jade went out of her way to ask questions about what sort of a person our Dad was and she took great pride in her work during the sale process. Jade was extremely organised and efficient, her communication with Kristen and I was continuous and effective. We are extremely grateful to her. Regards Kellie and Kristen Edwards
