Melissa has acted as an agent for me on several occasions both in my role as a vendor and purchaser. A great communicator, she facilitates and manages the transactions with integrity. Both parties are supported and eased through the process which can be one of life's great stresses! A win win for everybody. Highly recommend Melissa when you choose to buy or sell your home

Jade from Kemp was so lovely to work with on the sale of our property. We live interstate, which was no hassle at all as we received regular and relevant updates, as well as real-world, no nonsense advice. It’s a tough market in Lincoln and we achieved a fantastic result in a very timely manner. Jade is absolutely gorgeous and genuine! Thank you for being so approachable and open during the entire process.

Throughout the course of our sale Georgie, Shane and the team at Kemp's Real Estate have been accessible, helpful and thoroughly professional to deal with. I was initially feeling stressed at the prospect of sale as I had never sold a property before and felt inexperienced in dealing with real estate, however the process of placing the property on the market, finding interested buyers and securing a price I was more then happy with, was facilitated in such an efficient and effective manner by the team at Kemp's Real Estate that it was completed as quickly as it began. I would happily recommend dealing with Georgie to anyone interested in selling a property and I intend to continue to utilise Kemp's Real Estate for future property sales moving forwards.

Georgie did a very good marketing job and we are pleased with the result with the sale of a piece of land and then the sale of our residence in Coffin Bay

Georgie was very professional and helpful with the handling of our property. It required some extra effort as it was not a finished product and therefore Georgie needed to find the right buyer . Overall, we were happy with the outcome.
