We would like to take this opportunity to thank Georgie for her professionalism in helping us purchase our property in Coffin Bay. Dealing with covid lockdowns, banned interstate travel, slow paper trails, refinancing, and a online conveyancing company(as we had to have a S.A based one) it was stretching our patience to say the least. The one shining light was each time we contacted Georgie with all these delays and roadblocks she was always calm, understanding, and helpful. A huge thankyou I'm sure you kept our sanity intact

Our property had been on the market for 18 months with no signs of interest. After discussing some alternate options with Jade we decided to list with Kemp Real Estate. We had an offer in less than 24 hours which we settled on a month later! Jade is super efficient in everything she does - the whole process was easy and we could not be happier with the outcome.

It was a pleasure to work with Georgie in regard to selling our house at Point Boston. Georgie was always friendly, patient and most professional. We were impressed with the user friendly, state of the art electronic correspondence. There were many forms and addenda to fill out - all from the comfort of our desks at home. We highly recommend Georgie at Kemp Real Estate for any matters related to real estate. Thank you for your great work, Georgie!

Jade was very competent, followed up things promptly and kept us in the loop at all times.however,we were not as happy with the agents system of different selling costs due at different times.also the overall selling costs of $15500 on a $465,000 property.we sold another property at the same time which was $9225 on a $420,000 property.this is an issue with the agent
