Jade was excellent in assisting with all queries that I had. From arranging inspections to getting paperwork organised, nothing was too difficult. She offered great advice during the whole process and she answered all of my questions in a timely manner. I would be more than happy to recommend her to any prospective seller or buyer.

Melissa knew Port Lincoln and especially our area in Rustlers Gully. She respected our opinion about our house and its market value. Melissa discussed with us the best times to sell and have open inspections. Melissa gave us advice on the presentation of our house and people to contact for special tasks like painting etc. She kept us informed following each open inspection as to who was interested etc. Melissa guided us through the process of the paper work required to sell our house.

I am actually very pleased to be able to provide this review for Georgie Kemp: working with her to sell two properties was a very relaxed and streamlined process (despite some significant complications we brought to the table). I was impressed and reassured by Georgie’s consistent professional and optimistic perspective. This matched the reality of our situation as we sold both properties for a good price within a faster-than-expected time frame. Georgie had continued to reassure us from beginning to end due to her accurate and up-to-date knowledge of the current market trends in the area. This was much appreciated (and needed) in the face of the urgency to sell quickly and to appease my concomitant level of stress. Georgie's communication skills were a delight: she went over and above to keep us in the loop, both electronically and by phone on a regular basis. We perceived her as understanding in her approach to us through the process, she explained what was happening and guided us through what was needed to complete all the paperwork and to negotiate with the buyer’s requests and offers. We are an older couple and this was essential for us. Georgie remained respectful and empathic towards us during the process. I perceived her caring attitude as being genuine and also she genuinely shared in our pleasure and excitement at having sold our properties so quickly (yet at the asking price). I would highly recommend Georgie Kemp to anyone without reserve. A big thank you to Georgie and her Team for all their help and support that was nothing short of amazing.

Jade is a friendly and professional person, her communication skills are good and she kept us informed as to progress selling the property. Finding a buyer took some time but that may be due to the property itself.

There are no words to express my huge gratitude to Jade and the Kemp team for the advice they provided and for being so accommodating and responsive to all the requests when it came to selling our family home of 20+ years. Jade was thorough, professional and most of all empathetic during the difficult process of moving on. We would highly recommend Jade and the Kemp team to assist with the purchase or sale of their home.
