Melissa was the agent who helped us buy a block of land and also successfully sell our existing family home in a down turning market. Melissa’s deep understanding of the house and land sales process and her advice gave us the knowledge and skills to confidently navigate our way through the real estate market. She did this in a way that she soon became a friend, supportive and understanding of our needs, and always a welcome visitor. Melissa quickly and thoroughly followed up our requests and questions, and her attention to detail was maintained through the whole journey. Thank you Melissa. You are always welcome in our new home.

When purchasing our home with Melissa as the agent, we found her to be very approachable and easy to communicate with. She is a very competent and knowledgeable person in her field who really understands the needs of the buyer and the seller. Melissa answered all questions, concerns we had, and promptly followed up on any queries, including out of office hours.

Melissa went out of her way to help us sell our house. She gave us lots of advise on how to get the best results for what we wanted. The advise was not unrealistic or hard to follow. She was there for us at all times. She put so much energy in getting things done. In the end the house sold in 10 days and that was all thanks to Melissa. We are very thankful that she was our agent

Carl really knows his stuff, I have sold two properties with Carl. Each time it has been hassle free and he is always available 24/7. He doesn't mind if you ring him at 2.00am in the morning . I would use him again and highly recommend anyone selling a property to get in touch with Carl.
