Carl was fantastic to deal with right from the initial appraisal to the successful sale of our house. His fantastic communication, market knowledge, professionalism and friendly approach only brush the surface of the qualities this guy has to offer. He is genuine, honest, reliable and realistic which enables easy communication as a vendor but also allows you to put your full trust in him when it comes to talking to buyers. If you’re looking at selling your home with great results look no further than Carl Semmlar!! 10/10 everyday of the week :)

Carl has been our selling agent for a number of allotments that we have sold. I have found him to be very professional in his approach with both the vendors and purchasers. He is always willing to assist in connection with any aspects of a sale and is very considerate of both parties to the transaction. For anyone seeking a professional, reliable and honest agent I would have no hesitation in recommending Carl Semmler.

Carl Semmler was super efficient providing for a smooth process when making my recent property purchase. Carl was able to guide me through what I could say was my first independent investment property purchase. The whole process was stress free, straight forward and I’m very happy with the outcome.

Melissa proved herself to be a caring and knowledgeable real estate agent. She understood the housing market well and was honest in her dealings with us, and we were impressed with her attention to small and large details. We would feel comfortable and confident to deal with her and her company again.

Melissa sold my unique property at the full price that I had nominated. The property was also sold in a much short timer than I had expected. She is an exceptional professional who is down to earth reliable trustworthy and really did an amazing job to find that one in a million buyer for me.

We have engaged Melissa on two occasions to negotiate real estate sales as our agent. Firstly, to sell our own home in 2000 and my late father's home in 2017. We sought out Melissa to sell my late father's home because she had previously demonstrated her skills and abilities and we had confidence she would do it again. Melissa read the current market conditions well, maintained regular communication during the sales process and ultimately achieved a higher than expected auction result. Very happy to recommend Melissa.
