Melissa made the selling of the property really easy due mainly to her intimate knowledge of the area and the current climate for sales. Every step of the process was explained clearly with all possible alternatives discussed for full considerations. The property sold well within expectations of time and the selling price was slightly higher than the asking price. I was kept informed along the way and the form work made as easy as it could be. Thanks Melissa!

We had several real estate agents appraise our house and Melissa did not suggest the highest price. We were immediately impressed by her market knowledge - as buyers ourselves we had seen houses sit on the market for ages only to sell well below their starting price, a long time down the track - we wanted to sell the house, not sit on it. Throughout the (very short) process, Melissa communicated with us constantly - she treated everyone making offers with respect and sold the house for more than we were expecting. I have since heard only positive comments about peoples experiences working with Melissa to sell their property. Overall it was a really good experience for us and I can confidently recommend Melissa Turner as an agent.
