Melissa genuinely earned and deserved the five star ratings given above. I found her to be an entirely professional agent who did lots of homework in a short space of time on my property before it went on the market. It was great that she started off with lots of listening and then gave great advice that was honest, to the point and proved very accurate. I had a real sense of consultation and teamwork to arrive at the listing price which thanks to her achieved maximum results while remaining realistic; and in a reasonable period of time. The property wasn't on the market long before it sold and I think part of that was the great ground work, planning and excellent marketing strategies that Melissa put in place before listing it. Then when the property actually went on the market Melissa continued putting lots of energy into the opens and tenaciously went about exploring the market for suitable buyers outside of the open times. Melissa really worked hard! I really liked her strategy of half hour opens as I think that tended to put more prospective buyers in the house at the same time creating a greater sense of interest in the property and perhaps a subtle sense of urgency to the buyers. The ongoing communication was great too! I got lots of feedback on how the listing was progressing and Melissa kept me right in the loop about any progress. My opinion of Melissa is that she is the consummate Real Estate Consultant. Despite her tenacity, Melissa managed it without being over-bearing or pushy and always seemed relaxed, in control and friendly. Melissa demonstrated great honesty and integrity throughout and I would most certainly recommend her to any other vendor. Her experience and expertise was highlighted throughout and thanks to Melissa the whole process was pleasant and not too stressful. When I next need a Real Estate Consultant I will simply ring Melissa Turner....that's a no brainer!!!!
