Great prompt service

Excellent Service
From the moment Tim received my tenant's vacation notice, he has been very mindful and working diligently on protecting my interests. Not only has he informed me about it, but also explained professionally to me what the market was like and the actions he would be taking. Very quickly my stress was eased as I could see that my investment was being well looked after. During the reletting campaign, Tim has kept me updated, shown me the available choices, and given me valuable advice. In the end I received a carefully screened new tenant, with a short vacancy period, and a leap in the rent as well. Tim and his team have turned a risk into opportunity for which I am very thankful. All in all, as a client of them from since they started their business, I am glad to have Tom, Tim, and their colleagues to trust and rely on. I have no reservation in recommending them.

Professional and friendly service with results
Sophie Ly is my property manager. She is always professional and available. She qiickly follows up on issues when required. Michelle Law has also worked with Sophie ehen there's a new contract. I have been with Kho & Lee for the past 4 years and so far, despite tenants changes, the unit is never empty for more than 1 or 2 weeks.

Great experience

Leasing Property
The leasing executive Michelle Law is very proactive, calling me 2 days after initial advertised and update me all the respond rate etc. Suggestion and modify the ad to meet market need to maximise opportunity to get tenant. Continue sending me advertising update report tenant found. The services is good in general for all other staff at Kho and Lee.

Sophie Ly has been managing my property in Pyrmont since 2017. Please enjoy the following facts. Fighting the strata and Sophie won!!! Sophie planned ahead before a tenancy expired, getting an approval to replace old carpet by new floorboards. The property looked stunning which attracted a tenant who moved in on the same day of the completion of flooring. She had a pack of Pine-O-Cleen wipes with her on the day of inspection and made the apartment spotless after the cleaners which was truly amazing! Sophie addresses issues promptly and she replies to emails inno time. I sometimes phone her after 5.00 in the afternoon and always get responses. More importantly, I felt flat as the day finished. But I always got charged from talking to her over the phone. She is full of positive energy. Excellent communication! I have no doubt to recommend her as I believe any investors would get valuable support and advice.
