I am very delighted to receive this good outcome given the fact Tran and the team have made dedicated /timely marketing effort as well as swift execution of the lease contract signing by a good tenant. We all know that Christmas holiday period is approaching. As such, the apartment will have certain period time of vacancy for leasing if good tenant couldn’t be secured now. I had a recent issue with tenants that stopped paying rent due to relationship issues. Thanh @ Kho&Lee was able to solve the issue while still being considerate of the tenant's sensitivities. The tenants departed without further fuss, then Thanh and Chris were able to clean up the property, get it back on the market, and secure a lease signed with a new tenant at a higher rate within a couple of weeks. I cannot conceive of a better resolution after what could have been very a messy problem.
