Making life easy for landlords
I have been using Kho and Lee’s services to manage my property for almost 10 years now. All staffs are very helpful, keep you well informed with matters related to your property and most importantly looking for the tenants for you. I recently have to change few items in my property and Chong (my agent) have been very helpful to arrange them for me. And he updated me with the completed job.

Great Leasing Results. Within a few days my unit was rented.
After waiting 90 days (as per Tenancy Agreement) I finally became free any contractual obligations with Unilodge. I now had an empty unit, so I contacted Kho and Lee to enquire about having them manage my unit. Their Property Manager, Chong Park, took on the task and within a few days my unit was rented. I was impressed at not only the quick results, but also Chong's professionalism, industry knowledge and personal manner. It has been a very positive experience for me.

Great Agent in Pyrmont
If you are looking to secure the best rental return and best maintenance of your property look no further than Kho & Lee. In my most recent dealing, Kho & Lee were able to secure a new lease within the first inspection at above market rental and with great tenants. Only 1 day gap between old and new tenant in addition to a thorough property inspection report detailing condition of property and plenty of photos for me to see.
