Chong who has been my agent for many years now adviced me to do some renovations when my tenant left at the end of the lease. Kho & Lee are now the managing agents for my previously doomed Unilodge apartment. They arranged for the unit to be painted and carpeted and then within 2 weeks had a tenant move in.
