Great Agency!
I am a landlord of 2 bedrooms apartment in Ultimo and I have been a client of Kho & Lee for many years. Recently, I was helped by my agents, Mr Chong Park and Ms Sarah Fatmini. They successfully found me a new tenant within 5 days of advertising my property. They got so many interested potential tenants and able to negotiate $10 more per week from the advertised rent! Second to none !!!

Realistic View of the Market
Gives good advice. managed to let out apartment in this difficult market although have to take a rent reduction of some 8%. Glad that the place is let again.
