I had Jae Yang as my property manager. Wonderful guy. Keeps you informed about your property. During the pandemic, he managed to find me a tenant within a weeks. Very well done.

An excellent real estate agency to deal with!
I have found Linh (agent) at Kho & Lee a pleasure to deal with. She gave me advance notice of my tenant leaving and organised the rental vacancy ad with a minimum of fuss. She also provided me an update on the rental market in the area so that I could make an informed decision on my proposed rental rate and any maintenance / upgrade spend required.

Went above and beyond
Tahsin and team really went above and beyond expectations! As our long-term tenants had to vacate our property asap, the team at Kho and Lee acted with speed to get adverts and inspections up and running to ensure that we could secure a new lease. In less than a week, we secured a lease, with the outgoing tenants happy to leave the property to save on rent and the new tenants happy to move in asap, and we were very happy to have no gap in the rental income! The team worked hard to ensure hand-over was done in one day and any fixes to the property attended to promptly. This is no easy feat in usual times let along during COVID-19. We are rest assured knowing that our property is well look by Kho and Lee in the last 6-7 years and they communicate with us regularly to keep us up to date. It certainly makes the process of owning and maintaining a property much easier and less stressful! Thank you Kho and Lee!

No Vacancy Between Tenancies During Covid19
In the midst of Covid-19, The team at Kho & Lee did an amazing job of finding us a great tenant without any vacancy. The transition between tenancies was seamless, being able to coordinate repairs and cleaning, providing the new tenant with a clean property on time for their move in. Their attention to detail everytime is the reason I have continued using this agency for over 10 years. Keep it up guys!

Very dedicated by keeping the landlords updated at every stage throughout the process of finding good tenants during this very difficult time.
