I found Stuart to be a very good agent. He is honest, does not overdo your expectations and presents himself in a very professional manner. Overall, I found Stuart's advice to be very helpful. Very fortunately Stuart was also able to negotiate for me when finding a new home, which appeared just in time. It is certainly much easier when you sell and buy through the same agent, and LJ Hooker have a good portfolio of properties to choose from. I also chose this agency as they have a larger range of properties and especially similar to the property I sold, so that's where you are more likely to find prospective buyers.

How do I start off? My husband went out to L. J. Hooker and asked to sell at home. I cannot thank L J hooker enough for their experience and their knowledge on selling someone’s else’s home for them that they had never lived in. LJ Hooker were very professional at all times . They took the time to explain everything process of the selling market for you and answer any questions you are unsure of.
