We were shown the property in 2022 and expressed an interest in buying. Due to circumstances beyond our control, it took 11months before purchase was completed but during all that time Paul, and his colleague, Gerry Tarlington, remained in touch and did all that they could to help us obtain ownership of this property with their sound advice and helpful attitude.
