We were shown the property in 2022 and expressed an interest in buying. Due to circumstances beyond our control, it took 11months before purchase was completed but during all that time Paul, and his colleague, Gerry Tarlington, remained in touch and did all that they could to help us obtain ownership of this property with their sound advice and helpful attitude. We remain grateful to them.

Tim handled the sale of our house extremely well considering it was a very hard market to sell in with interest rates going up each month We got very close to the sale figure that we were after

Thank you Tim for helping us find a property that suited both our budget and expectations for us to purchase for our family. Your knowledge and experience along with your excellent communication made the whole process smooth and easy, even with the slow turnaround with the banks in the current market. We would highly recommend Tim to anyone looking to purchase a new home or sell an existing home.
Tim Shinnick
Tim is really easy and casual to deal with. Nothing was a problem from start to settlement. Was so nice to have someone I could ring and msg, and get a quick response on any matter. Could recommend him as a great agent and nice country bloke. :)
Tim Shinnick
Small village, semi-remote area, few lookers, fewer buyers. Tim proved capable of selling the place. At the end of the day, that is all that counts.
