Professional attitude and presentation. Communication was good initially, the first offer came after first viewing, we accepted it as we were unaware that he had booked 3 people in the following day for viewing and they turned up at gate ,These could of potentially offered more or been better financially ready for exchange. A follow up visit from Tim after exchange would of been nice way to end the sale.
