Stuart has been our agent throughout our most recent property sale. From the start he did a very good valuation with the Hooker team, managed the sale process very well and has always been available to answer questions, sooth anxieties and do whatever was needed. Professional attitude and presentation. Communication was good initially, the first offer came after first viewing, we accepted it as we were unaware that he had booked 3 people in the following day for viewing and they turned up at gate ,These could of potentially offered more or been better financially ready for exchange. A follow up visit from Tim after exchange would of been nice way to end the sale.
