Stuart has been our agent throughout our most recent property sale. From the start he did a very good valuation with the Hooker team, managed the sale process very well and has always been available to answer questions, sooth anxieties and do whatever was needed. Stuart seems to be a very good judge of character and communicates clearly and openly. He has a cool, relaxed manner, is never high pressure and altogether has been a pleasure to do business with.

Professional attitude and presentation. Communication was good initially, the first offer came after first viewing, we accepted it as we were unaware that he had booked 3 people in the following day for viewing and they turned up at gate ,These could of potentially offered more or been better financially ready for exchange. A follow up visit from Tim after exchange would of been nice way to end the sale.

My wife & I have lived in the same home for 35 years & found the whole mindset of buying a new property quite daunting. Stuart has made the whole experience of finding and buying a new property very easy and informative. Stuarts easy going nature & knowledge of each property we looked at, made the process easier than we thought it would be. We are very thankful to Stuarts approach & experience to help guide us through such a foreign thing to us.
