I had two vacant block to dispose of quickly due to personal circumstances. The purchaser of one was delaying the process. I rang Stuart and engaged his services. Stuart liased with them on my behalf and the sale was completed within days. A few weeks later he sold my other block. I am very happy with the communication, the professionalism and outstanding effort he made in my behalf as I lived quite a distance away. His negotiation skills were excellent and his knowledge of the area and pricing were on point. I have no hesitation in using him again and can highly recommend him
