Stuart demonstrated consistent expertise and support during the sale of our property. He was very responsive, always taking the time to answer any questions and explain the process clearly. His calm and professional demeanor helped manage our anxieties, and he went above and beyond to achieve a good result for us. A truly trustworthy agent we would recommend to anyone.

Paul did a great job of liaison between us and the property vendor. Always returned our calls promptly. Kept us 'in the loop' and moved things along with the sale. Would be happy to deal with Paul in any future real estate matters.

I had two vacant block to dispose of quickly due to personal circumstances. The purchaser of one was delaying the process. I rang Stuart and engaged his services. Stuart liased with them on my behalf and the sale was completed within days. A few weeks later he sold my other block. I am very happy with the communication, the professionalism and outstanding effort he made in my behalf as I lived quite a distance away. His negotiation skills were excellent and his knowledge of the area and pricing were on point. I have no hesitation in using him again and can highly recommend him

This was our first time selling a home and it was such a lovely experience working with Stuart. Not only was he upfront and clear on expectations, he made things feel so easy. Stuart confidently appraised our house and took our opinions on the whole way. He was also able to successfully find a buyer within days of us listing!! I would not hesitate to use Stuart and LJ Hooker to sell a home again.
