Paul sold me the property 20 years ago and now he has sold it for me 20 years later. I think that says a lot. Its about, reliability, local knowledge and effective communication. I canvassed several others but they fell well behind in many areas. I went back to Paul because of the reasons listed above, but above all there was no bulls…t at any stage of the game!

We felt like we were more than just clients to Tim, we were good mates.
