We're very glad we chose Joe to sell our apartment. We really appreciated that he gave us honest answers, even when he thought we wouldn't like hearing it. Everything he told us seemed sensible, and was consistent with my own research. Joe kept in constant contact with us, always keeping us abreast of developments. In fact, I don't think he ever took longer than about 5 minutes to get back to me when I emailed him!
