Professional, Honest, Respectful
Rong is an excellent agent. He is professional, honest, frank and respectful towards buyers. When we first attended the open inspection, Rong gave us our space and did not bombard us. He helpfully highlighted the positive aspects of the property and quelled any doubts we had about some of the negatives. He was upfront and honest, which we found to be extremely rare amongst agents. The trust that Rong built with us in fact enticed us to place an offer. Rong communicated and kept us updated throughout the negotiating process, all the way up till post-settlement. Rong was also very effective and efficient in facilitating contract exchange, pushing the deal over the line in circumstances where the vendor’s solicitor was holding up exchange. We would recommend Rong to any seller, because from a buyer’s perspective there is nothing more refreshing than a genuine and honest agent.

Joe Murania from LJ Hooker Burwood was second to none. The best real estate agent I’ve had the pleasure to deal with. Joe was upfront and honest. He went above and beyond what I’ve ever experienced before with selling a house. He did everything he said, when he said he would do it. Joe was approachable and answered all my questions and put me at ease with any doubts I may have had. Not only was Joe easy to work with, he got us an amazing result as well. Caring and personal attention throughout our Sale
Joe’s knowledge of the local market is the best. His advice and constant attention to our needs throughout our extended campaign was excellent.
