Joe lived up to our expectations having a great knowledge of the local area and keeping us up to date of all open homes the same day and progressing negotiations with our tenant for an early vacation date. Joe was always available to speak to us when we called and was happy to offer advice whenever we needed it. At the end of the day, Joe achieved a fair sale price for our home given the conditions and the market at the time.
