Rong is an exceptional person, who provides first-class service and I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for the perfect partner to manage, rent out or sell property. I met Rong several years ago asking if he could evaluate our Burwood apartment and give us estimates on the rent we can get for it and the overall sell value. We needed this for the mortgage application. He was happy to help and was quick to action it. Knowing how great service he gives, I went back to him when we wanted to rent out the apartment a couple of years ago. Again, he was happy to help. We decided to sell the apartment at the end of last year and he and his team made the process easy.
