Joe and his team were excellent with the sale of my uncle's house in Croydon Park. His 30 years experience in the business was clearly evident at every stage of the process, his professional, easy going and accommodating approach in getting the house sold was so welcome. He always kept us clearly informed upon the progress of engaging with prospective buyers. His business contacts were excellent at preparing the house and land for sale, and no job was a problem for him even with very tight timeframes. His extended team on auction day were also fantastic with their preparations which was clearly evident in the number of people who attended and registered for it. We were very happy with the final results and the follow up activities. Highly recommended.

Joe was great, followed everyting through to ensure there were no issues. We were kept in touch at least one a week by Joe, leading up to the sale and he informed us on everything that was happening. His team were helpfull and could also not do enough for us. The on the day of the auction we were kept well updated as to what was happening and checking if we were happy with how it was all going. Our thanks to Joe and his team for the sale and professional service, it was smooth and without any issues, a great result all round.
