I've always had an extremely helpful agent (Jo), who makes sure my property is well looked after.
Always lets me know of any issues and recommends good people to assist. Carries out regular property inspections, alerting me to any areas of concern. Finds me great tenants.

Gila The Property manager was excellent
Gila has been excellent. Recently my property became vacant and some renovations were required. Jila stepped in and organized quotes and trades and after some tricky bits delivered an excellent outcome then had the property fully leased and tenant moved in the following week

Excellent service
Jo Ferguson, my rental agent, was excellent in handling my problems with a tenant who stopped paying rent. She kept me informed and updated on what was transpiring.
