Cranston was always available, clear in his communications and helpful as the sale progressed.

Cranston was chosen over other real estate agents, because of his experience, local knowledge, rapport with his staff and his flexibility. His marketing team put the advertising copy and photos together incredibly quickly and accommodated our requested changes with professional courtesy. Cranston went out of his way to keep us abreast of the interest in our property, with regular weekly calls and reports. As the auction day approached, he made assessments of the intentions of enquirers and communicated this clearly to us. In the end, we did not proceed with the auction as we received an acceptable offer prior. Cranston then had to work closely with the buyer, who was still in the process of selling their own property, so that the sale was completed. I am happy to recommend Cranston and his team. They are an excellent team - knowledgeable, skilled and professional.
