We had a fantastic experience working with Chris and Luke while purchasing our home. From the start they were committed to helping us purchase our property. They made the experience feel manageable, always keeping us informed and answering our questions promptly. We are grateful for all the work they put in to helping us to secure our home and would recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy, dedicated agent on the beaches.

Stephen was very professional and straight forward to deal with. Stephen did a phenomenal job ensuring my client and I were comfortable throughout the entire process, whilst also making it very clear he was representing the vendors best interest.

We would like to share the excellent experience we had with Doyle Spillane and Stephen Murace for the sale of our unit in Freshwater. Thanks to the conscientious attention and follow-up by Stephen, the unit was sold five days after the first Open Home Inspection. Something we never expected and which couldn't be done without the work that Stephen spent time and effort for the success.

We first met Lachlan at one of his open homes and were immediately impressed by his professionalism, strong market knowledge, and attention to detail. When we chose to sell with Eddy, we were thrilled Lachlan joined as co-lister—it truly felt like a two-for-one advantage. He was always accessible, supportive, and played a key role in achieving a quick sale with a great result. We highly recommend Lachlan to anyone looking for an outstanding Northern Beaches agent.

We were excited to work with Eddy again for the sale of our property in Freshwater. Prior to this he had sold a property for us in Manly with great results - second time round he did not disappoint! Eddy brings a wealth of experience, is very transparent and a great communicator and made us feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. He also brings with him a great team who support every step of the way to ensure everything runs smoothly and stress free. We would highly recommend Eddy and will certainly be engaging him again for all future property sales!

Sam was personable, charming and honest when he needed to be. He gracefully guided my partner and I through the whole process, never patronising, always reassuring, which was invaluable for two newbies to Australia who had never sold a property in this country before. Compared got the UK the experience can be overwhelming. Not with 'Sam the Man' Beckerleg at your side. What started out as an agent / client relationship has developed into something more meaningful, deeper and trusting. I'm proud to call Sam a mate. One that helped sell our house in a difficult market with a great result.

Dom was incredibly professional and reliable throughout the entire sale of my apartment. His communication was clear and consistent, and I always felt confident in the process because of his guidance. He made what can be a stressful experience feel straightforward and well managed. I’m very happy with the outcome and would highly recommend him.

Chris was excellent from start to finish and made the whole process as smooth as possible. His communication was clear and consistent the entire way through, and he always kept me updated on what was happening and what to expect next. He showed strong knowledge of the market and gave honest, practical advice that helped achieve a great result. Nothing ever felt like a sales pitch — just straightforward guidance based on experience, which I really appreciated. Chris was also very responsive and easy to deal with, always available to answer questions and quick to follow things up when needed. The whole process felt well managed and stress-free, which is exactly what you want when selling a property. I’d have no hesitation recommending Chris to anyone looking to sell — professional, reliable, and delivers results.

Matt was great to deal with. From first inspection we were given a honest price guide and useful information. From this point on he was always available and professional whilst not being aggressive with sales tactics. I feel he recognised that we were legitimate buyers and respected that we were weighing up other options also. I would happily work with him at the North Agency team again.
