Very impressed with the professional service provided by Lana Gojak at Highland so far. As I no longer live in Australia, Lana has gone above and beyond to manage my off the plan property, attending pre-settlement inspections, reporting on defects, collecting keys and has been very responsive and patient with my endless questions! All documentation was nice and easy to handle: I didn’t need to print a thing – all could be managed online, and Highland have a great landlord’s app called PropertyMe where I can keep track of all payments and deductions related to my property’s bills, which Highland will also kindly take care of. Lana provides an informative viewing report after apartment inspections, and did a great job in securing 8 applications after just 2 viewings. I have now secured a tenant with deposit and bond paid in under a week since settlement! Thank you so much Lana and the Highland team for a job well done – really pleased with the result!
