Buying an apartment with the help of Jane Schumann (and her son Sam) was a very different experience to previous purchases as well as encounters I had with other agents in this current 'buying experience'. Jane was friendly, warm, informative, not pushy and honest. Property information at my first inspection was available, clear and correct. Jane and Sam did not hesitate to provide me with a second viewing (even when I texted them on a public holiday). The vendors price expectations were conveyed without any 'game playing'. The way both Jane and Sam referred to the vendors was respectful and professional. As such I saw that from both sides of the buying-selling fence I would not hesitate to recommend this team.
