Trent was amazing from the moment we met him to the news about the sale (and there are no "regular business hours" for Estate Agents! We were skeptical given the current market, but Trent assured us there are still buyers out there and that we would sell for our asking price. We were a tad under, but that was to be expected in the current market but we were still very happy with the result. All Trent's recommendations for preparing the house for sale were also fantastic and made us feel proud and like we had done everything possible to present the house at its very best. Trent provided weekly updates on how many groups inspected the property, and any feedback provided. We ended up lowering the advertised price and got a sale within the range we wanted anyway so it was a good result in the end.
